These terms explain how C4 Auto Detail handles website use, enquiries, quotations and mobile vehicle-care bookings. Nothing in them limits your statutory consumer rights.
Quotes and Bookings
Website prices are starting prices. The final service, duration and price depend on vehicle size, condition, contamination, intended result, access and working conditions. A booking is confirmed only when C4 Auto Detail accepts the agreed scope, date and price.
Mobile Service Requirements
You must provide accurate access information and ensure a safe, firm and level working area with suitable clearance, outdoor water and safe electricity unless agreed otherwise. Unsafe weather, restricted access or unsuitable conditions may require work to be paused or rearranged.
Vehicle Condition and Results
Please identify known damage, repairs, sensitive surfaces, warning lights and areas of concern before work begins. Results depend on vehicle condition and safe working limits. Detailing, paint enhancement and ceramic protection cannot guarantee complete defect removal or make a vehicle scratch-proof or maintenance-free.
Changes, Cancellation and Payment
Tell us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Any deposit retention or cancellation charge will be fair and limited to reasonable losses or costs already incurred. Payment timing and accepted methods will be confirmed with the booking. Your statutory cancellation rights apply where required by law.
Care, Liability and Complaints
C4 Auto Detail will provide services with reasonable care and skill and is fully insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, concealed weaknesses or losses that could not reasonably be avoided, but nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Raise any concern promptly so it can be inspected and addressed fairly.
